NES Fircroft is recruiting an Administrator / Receptionist on behalf of a global client in the Science and Agricultural Technology industry, based at the Grangemouth site.
This is an initial 12‑month temporary contract, working 36 hours per week Monday to Friday. Start is ASAP.
Job OverviewThe role involves a variety of efficient and proactive administrative functions, including scheduling appointments, giving information to visitors and callers, and providing a professional front‑of‑house service to all visitors. You will produce accurate documents across multiple systems.
Requirements / Experience- Previous admin/secretarial experience.
- Flexible, adaptable and customer focused.
- Competent with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office 365 tools, SharePoint and other related systems.
- Able to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Capable of performing a variety of tasks as required.
