We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team in Grangemouth. This on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our fire safety solutions. With a strong focus on selling preventative maintenance contracts, the Business Development Manager will work closely with our team to prepare proposals, devise strategies for new market penetration, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Regular reporting and analysis of business development metrics will also be a key part of this role.
- Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Experience in preparing client presentations, and sales pitches
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of fire system solutions or the fire safety industry is essential
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis for business development purposes
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and independently drive goals
- Willingness to work on-site and travel when necessary
