The post holder will act as Assistant Team Leader, supporting supervision of the Housing Operations Support Team (HOST) and ensuring high standards of customer service for around 1500 tenants and factoring owners in the Forth Valley area.
The HOST team delivers frontline services including repairs, allocations, rent payments and general housing queries.
