What You'll Do Process Development & Optimisation

• Lead laboratory programmes to develop and improve chemical manufacturing processes
• Design and execute experiments to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable processes

Technical Leadership

• Act as a process chemistry expert, supporting Process Development, Supply Chain, and project teams

Problem Solving & Manufacturing Support

• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all work is carried out in line with site, company, and regulatory requirements

Data & Reporting

• Produce clear, concise technical reports documenting results and recommendations

What You'll Bring Experience

• Strong background in process development chemistry, including experimental design and statistical data analysis
• Scale‑up and manufacturing support
• Solid hands‑on laboratory and analytical experience

Critical Capabilities

• Sharp problem‑solving skills with the confidence to tackle complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
• Ability to build strong working relationships across technical and non‑technical teams
