Site Supervisor – Grangemouth

We are seeking a Site Supervisor – Grangemouth to join our core team. This is a hands‑on, working Supervisor role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution of planned and shutdown activities. You will lead site operations, supervise technicians and supplementary labour, and ensure full compliance with both TEAM and client standards.
Principal Accountabilities- Ensure all activities are delivered in line with company and client policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Organise site resources to drive efficient and productive execution of planned work scopes.
- Supervise technicians to ensure all work and documentation meets required site standards.
- Actively work as part of the core team in line with customer requirements.
- Support the Site Manager / Technical Officer with site work assessments to assist in establishing target costs.
- Assess and coordinate site services and permit requirements to ensure timely work execution.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing work activities to meet customer demands.
- Maintain discipline and performance standards within your direct area of responsibility.
- Oversee equipment movements to, from, and throughout the site in accordance with TEAM procedures.
- Maintain stock levels of materials and consumables.
- Plan and manage site shutdown activities when required.
- Proactively promote TEAM products and services alongside site leadership.
- Champion and embed TEAM’s Core Values in all work‑based activities.
- Contribute to operational KPIs, business objectives, customer satisfaction, and technician workforce morale.
- Completion of a four‑year Modern Apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline to NVQ Level 3 (or recognised equivalent qualification).
- Accredited to provide services as a Lead Man in at least two of the Company’s product areas.
- Strong understanding of company policies, QA and safety standards.
- Demonstrable supervisory and people management capability.
- Proven technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of cost control principles.
- Full UK driving licence.
- IT literate, with experience using Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Word) and relevant operational systems.
- Based in Grangemouth, with flexibility to work in the UK, Eire, overseas locations, or offshore if required.
- Work undertaken on customer sites, sometimes in challenging industrial environments.
- Night shift and weekend working may be required.
- Working away from home may be necessary depending on business needs.
