This is a fantastic 12-week Temp-to-Perm opportunity offering weekly pay from day one, regular overtime, paid overnight stays, and the chance to secure a permanent position with excellent benefits.

£16.25 per hour (Advanced Holiday Pay) OR £14.50 per hour (Holiday Pay Accrued) – overtime available

You’ll be delivering timber and sheet materials to customers across the region, representing the business with a professional attitude while ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Delivering timber and building materials to commercial and trade customers.
• Safely securing loads and carrying out vehicle safety checks.
• Occasional paid overnight stays.
• Assisting in the yard when required.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

• Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence with at least 2 years’ experience
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 2 driving experience (timber or building materials experience is advantageous but not essential)
• A positive, reliable and professional attitude
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
