Our client based in Grangemouth are looking for an experienced Bond Administrator to join their team, on a 12 week Temp to Perm Basis.
Hours - Mon to Fri - 08:00 to 16:30 (flexible).
Duties include:- Order processing of Bonded Order in accordance with regulations
- Complying with Revenue Goods when processing Goods In & Out
- Liaising with warehouse personnel with regards to stock movements and handling
- Preparing records and stock for customers, HRMC annual audit and ongoing perpetual inventory
- Assisting and supporting the stock control team through good recording standards
- Retain and maintain warrant register of all Duty Suspended movements, and investigate, action and register discrepancies in the correct manner.
- Ideally, we are looking for someone with previous experience using warehouse and transport systems, such as SAP, Road Runner and Dispatcher etc and a basic understanding of HMRC requirement relating to a bonded warehouse – however, training will be provided.
