Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, and support administrative tasks for the sales team. You’ll be required to appear on camera for product-related content and attend events across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In)
  • Create graphics, videos, and written posts aligned with brand messaging
  • Monitor engagement and feedback to refine strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing to integrate social media with broader initiatives
  • Analyse performance metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Respond to online community interactions
  • Assist sales reps with admin tasks, including updating price lists and processing orders
  • Attend business events and represent the company
  • Perform general admin duties using Microsoft Office
Required Skills and Experience Essential
  • Proven experience in social media management or related field
  • Strong understanding of public relations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media analytics tools
  • Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content
  • Willingness to be on camera and travel for events
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • English language proficiency
