Base Pay Range
$50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Engineering & Construction Recruiter at EnsciconA growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a motivated Staff Engineer to support environmental and civil engineering projects. This role provides exposure to both office-based design work and hands‑on field activities, with opportunities to learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
The Staff Engineer will work under the guidance of senior staff and contribute to a variety of infrastructure and environmental projects, supporting design, permitting, construction, and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the development of engineering designs and technical documents
- Support permitting and regulatory compliance activities
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation
- Perform field work including inspections, sampling, and construction observation
- Analyze technical data and support project implementation
- Utilize CAD software to assist with project design
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and senior engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, Geological, or related Engineering discipline
- 0–4 years of relevant engineering experience (internship or co‑op experience acceptable)
- EIT or PE preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
