Education / Experience
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Computer Skills
  • Computer literate with proficiency in clinical documentation.
  • Basic internet navigation skills.
Certificates and Licenses
  • Valid Speech‑Language Pathologist state license where required.
Responsibilities

Speech‑Language Pathologist

Provide SLP therapy and related services, maintain positive interaction with facilities and clients, screening, evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management. Adhere to all state and federal regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Optimize communication, cognitive‑linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills.
  • Build a strong SLP therapy program.
  • Enhance clinical expertise and management skills through ongoing education.
  • Maintain valid state license and awareness of profession and healthcare environment.
  • Understand billing models and provide quality care within guidelines.
  • Comply with infection control and safety protocols.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English for documentation.
Qualifications

Working experience in a SNF or similar setting is preferred. Higher qualifications are welcomed. Candidates should have a mandatory licence and a commitment to professional growth.
