Personal Lines Account Manager

We're looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who is motivated, team-minded, and a problem solver-someone who takes initiative, is resourceful, genuinely cares about people, and is always willing to learn and improve. Confident but open to feedback, willing to ask questions, and able to think critically and find solutions. Most importantly, brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a desire to continually grow while providing great service to our clients.

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and provide excellent, responsive service.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, billing, cancellations, reinstatements, renewals, and new business.
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
• Support client retention, account rounding, and cross-selling efforts.
• Assist clients with claims and help facilitate communication with carriers.
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation in the agency management system.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and insurance coverage.
• Partner with producers and team members to provide a seamless client experience.

• Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 1+ year of insurance agency experience preferred.
• Experience with an agency management system and Microsoft Office preferred.

• Full-time, scheduled office hours.
• On-site position.
• Local travel as needed.
