Full time;
Shift: Day Shift. Maximum Bonus:
Up to $8,700.00 SO Bonus.
- Prepare patients for both therapeutic and screening endoscopic procedures by explaining the process and obtaining informed consent.
- Administer sedatives, pain medications, and local anesthetics under physician supervision.
- Monitor patient vital signs and sedation levels throughout procedures.
- Assist physicians during procedures by handling endoscopic equipment and maintaining a clean field.
- Collect and label tissue samples for laboratory analysis.
- Provide post-procedure care, including monitoring for complications and educating patients and families.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopic equipment according to infection control protocols.
- Document patient care and procedure details accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Stay current with advancements in endoscopic technology and best practices through continuing education.

- Education:
Graduate of an accredited RN program. - Licensure: RN Indiana License; CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
- Experience:
6+ months of nursing experience.
