We are a growing title insurance company with strong local roots, multi‑state operations, and national reach. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, confident decision‑maker to manage real estate closings from start to finish, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service.
About the RoleAs a Residential Escrow Officer/Closer, you will review agreements, ensure legal compliance, and conduct closings while delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative, energetic team environment.
What You’ll Do- Conduct residential real estate closings professionally and accurately
- Review and prepare closing documents
- Ensure timely and compliant execution and recording of files
- Verify title clearance and financial obligations
- Calculate taxes, insurance, and other transaction costs
- Manage escrow funds and disbursements
- Enter and maintain data in Soft Pro
- Collaborate with other Escrow Officers/Closers
- 3+ years of escrow or real‑estate closing experience
- Title insurance experience preferred
- Soft Pro experience a plus
- Strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to other offices for closings as needed
