We are a growing title insurance company with strong local roots, multi‑state operations, and national reach. We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, confident decision‑maker to manage real estate closings from start to finish, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service.

As a Residential Escrow Officer/Closer, you will review agreements, ensure legal compliance, and conduct closings while delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative, energetic team environment.

• Conduct residential real estate closings professionally and accurately
• Review and prepare closing documents
• Ensure timely and compliant execution and recording of files
• Verify title clearance and financial obligations
• Calculate taxes, insurance, and other transaction costs
• Manage escrow funds and disbursements
• Enter and maintain data in Soft Pro
• Collaborate with other Escrow Officers/Closers

• 3+ years of escrow or real‑estate closing experience
• Title insurance experience preferred
• Soft Pro experience a plus
• Strong customer service, organization, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to other offices for closings as needed
