ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE:
The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food & Beverage areas of the store.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set, maintain and make planned changes to salesfloor merchandise displays and backroom space.
• Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about total store tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve experience.
• Comply with federal, state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to the business.
• Use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using handheld scanners and other technology; work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures and environments as required.
