Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.00 USD per hour

This is an On-Demand role where you can work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. You will not be on the posted weekly schedule, but you can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or team members via the myTime app. You must respond to contact attempts and work at least one shift within 5 months to avoid administrative termination.

You will attend a Welcome orientation and complete a short-term training schedule. After training, use the myTime app to pick shifts.

• Demonstrate a service culture focused on the guest experience and delivering the service standard.
• Greet guests, engage with them to solve needs, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, services, and store offerings to assist guests and improve their experience.
• Assist with checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring quality.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and assist with enrollment; direct guests to use and activate fulfillment services.
• Explain how to use Wallet and Target App features; assist with returns following policies.
• De-escalate situations with leadership support as needed and maintain a compliant, safe shopping experience.
• Support order pick up (OPU), Drive Up, and registry guests; maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours and adhere to safety policies and training.
• Assist with cash office processes and manage cash systems as needed.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and teammates; thrive in a fast-paced, active environment with teamwork and problem solving.
• Flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times.
• Effective communication, a welcoming attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other tech; work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of handling cash operations and assisting with cash office tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally, and to be mobile for the duration of a shift.
