lean, value-driven machining solutions to the
Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial manufacturing industries. This is a high-impact role for a
strategic hunter who thrives on building relationships and driving new business.
- Sell
high-precision manufacturing services (not capital equipment) into Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial markets - Full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
- National territory with 50% travel to customers and industry events
- Competitive base with aggressive uncapped commission structure
- 7+ years B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- Experience selling precision manufacturing (Metals) into aerospace and defense markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Management, or related field preferred
