Weed Man is North America’s largest franchised lawn care company and is looking for energetic, customer-service-oriented individuals for its New Door-to-Door Lead Generator position.
Position OverviewAs a lead generator, you’ll play a key role in our marketing efforts, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. This role includes a guaranteed hourly rate plus performance bonuses, no selling, and paid training to help you succeed.
Responsibilities- Generate leads for our sales staff
- Offer homeowners a free, no-obligation service quote
- Provide basic lawn care information
Represent Weed Man in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Comfortable in a results-driven environment
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
