At Club Pilates Granger, were bringing the worlds most recognized Pilates brand to the heart of Granger and were looking for a driven, energetic Sales Manager to help us launch with strength, passion, and heart.

Above all, you're passionate about making others feel seen, supported, and inspired whether its their first Pilates class or their fiftieth.

What You'll Do:

• Be the welcoming face of Club Pilates Granger creating connections and building trust with every interaction
• Conduct 50+ daily outreach contacts (calls, texts, emails) during pre-sale to build excitement and awareness
• Guide prospective members through trial classes, consultations, and membership options with confidence and care
• Help plan and execute studio events, pop-ups, and community partnerships
• Maintain a strong, organized pipeline of leads and consistently follow up
• Support day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all guests
• Collaborate with ownership, instructors, and teammates to create an uplifting studio culture focused on inclusion, inspiration, and movement
• Champion the Club Pilates brand inside and outside the studio, growing local awareness and community engagement

What Were Looking For:

• 1+ year of boutique fitness or wellness sales experience preferred
• Experience launching or growing a fitness studio is a major plus
• Strong phone and in-person communication skills with excellent follow-through
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable with CRM/sales systems and managing leads
• A passion for Pilates, health, and helping others find their strength
• Positive, approachable energy a true team player
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening/weekend events and promotions
