Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Location: Granite City, IL, 62040. You will report to our office in Kirkwood (44 and Big Bend Rd) daily and use a company car to get to all jobs. We pay for all gas, insurance, equipment, and supplies, and you will have a consistent, full schedule.

Work safely in teams of 2. Full‑time, weekdays 7 am to 4 pm. No nights, weekends, or holidays. You receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $1,000 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, you can earn even more.

We provide the following: a stable and consistent working schedule; all cleaning supplies; training; appointments; a housekeeper uniform; and a company car.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards.
• Follow our process and delight every customer. Tips are possible.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• If you are a team lead (driving our vehicle): manage the team’s schedule and drive safely.
• The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7 am to 4 pm.
