Sleep Lab Tech - Nights at Gateway Regional Medical Center

Location: 2100 Madison Ave. Granite City, IL 62040

A sleep technologist works under the general supervision of the Medical Director and reports directly to the Sleep Disorders Center Supervisor to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders including in‑center and home sleep testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, comprehensive patient care and direct patient education. In temporary absence of the Sleep Disorders Center Supervisor, assumes responsibility, when requested, for the day‑to‑day clinical oversight of the Sleep Disorders Center with the assistance of the Medical Director and the administrative assistance of the Pulmonary Services Director.

• High School graduate or equivalent

• Certification by a nationally recognized certification board and holds either the Registered Sleep Technologist (RST), Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT), or Sleep Disorders Specialist (SDS) credential
• Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification

• $25.71 - 38.56 per hour

Pay is determined based on various factors, including education level, years of experience, relevant certifications, and specific skills related to the position. The final compensation package will be discussed with Human Resources to ensure fairness and alignment with the candidate's qualifications.
