Medical Technologist - MT​/MLS​/MLT-Evening

  Evenings, 80hr per pay period, 10hr shifts

• Required:
  
  Associate degree from a Medical Laboratory Technician program from an accredited institution, including courses in chemistry and biology; or Associate degree of at least 60 semester hours from an accredited institution, including chemistry and biology, plus 12-month structured curriculum in medical laboratory techniques (which may have been part of collegiate course); or Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, including courses in chemistry and biology plus graduation from a military medical laboratory training program of not less than 12 months duration.

• Required:
  
  Baccalaureate degree in chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution; completed and approved ASCP (or equivalent) certification pathway; or have satisfied CLIA requirements for HEW certification. Have completed one year in an accredited laboratory training program.

• Required:
  
  Eligibility as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, MLT (ASCP), MLT (AMT), HEW, or CLS (NCA) or equivalent required for individuals having completed certification requirement in 2004 or later.
• Recommended:
  Registry within 12 months of completion of school/training or equivalent education documentation per CLIA standards
• Individuals qualified for certification prior to December 31, 2003, are not required to maintain yearly certification.

• Required:
  
  Certification eligibility as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, MLS (ASCP), MT (AMT), HEW, or CLS (NCA) or equivalent required. For individuals having completed certification requirements in 2004 or later
• Preferred:
  Certification within 12 months of completion of school/training or equivalent education documentation per CLIA standards
• Individuals qualified for certification prior to December 31, 2003, are not required to maintain yearly certification.

• The pay range for this position is $20.41 - 38.56 per hour.

Pay is determined based on various factors, including education level, years of experience, relevant certifications, and specific skills related to the position. The final compensation package will be discussed with Human Resources to ensure fairness and alignment with the candidate's qualifications.
