Job Summary:

Starting Rate: $23.00/hour After Qualification/Card Certification: $24.00/hour Permanent Employment Rate:
Approximately $25.14/hour

Temp-to-hire opportunity with a pathway to permanent employment after completion of prohibitionary period of 600 hours.  
** Job Function/

Summary:

** The primary function of a Blow-mold Operator is to operate and maintain the extruders, dressers, and regrind room effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest degree of integrity as it relates to the safety and quality of this operation.

As an operator you will understand the resin receiving process from the silo to and through the regrind room to the extruders.  The operator is expected to demonstrate how to start up and shut down the mixer adjust the regrind rate and explain the function of switches.  Must understand how the Conair system works and start up and shut down vacuum pumps, and how to clean air filters to maintain the regrind room.

Must be able to start up and shut down the extruder and explain the function of both the extruder and the wheel. You will learn how to identify issues with the molds and how to correct these issues as they occur.  You will learn how the dressers operate and what your responsibility is to maintain the dressers.

The operator is responsible for some of the mechanics such as changing push pins, blow pins, or knifes along with the filling of fluids in the equipment to keep them running efficiently.  There is a series of inspections and quality checks throughout the room that must be completed on a daily, weekly, and monthly timeframe. As an operator you will be responsible to conduct preventive maintenance as assigned throughout the operation.

The employees must understand how to ensue day to day expectations as it relates to the requirements of Kraft Heinz.

Employees must also understand the importance of producing quality products under the Kraft Heinz Beverage Division within the scope of Corporate and Plant policies.

The Quality of our products continue to attain a highly substantial level that has proven to award us with the reputation of delivering good and wholesome products for our customers/consumers. As a Company we may have the best equipment, raw materials, policies, and procedures, but if we do not have the obligation, dedication, and the willingness to abide by, observe of and perform to our quality expectancies, all other pieces in place will not matter.

** Qualification Cards:
