Mercy South Emergency Department is seeking graduates for a Graduate Nurse Residency in a Full Time Night shift role (6:00pm-6:30am) at the 10010 Kennerly Rd, St Louis, MO 63128 location. Upcoming residency start dates are September 28, 2026 and January 18, 2027.
Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus with no contract and comprehensive benefits from Day One. New grads will participate in a 16-week Nurse Residency program within a Level II Trauma, Level I Stroke and STEMI center.
