Mercy St. Louis Emergency Department Graduate Nurse Residency – 16‑Week ProgramFull-Time
• Nights 07am–7pm | Three 12‑hour shifts

June 2027 (still accepting applicants for January 2027 also)
Welcome to Mercy Hospital St. Louis , a Level 1 Trauma Center —which means we’re equipped and ready for the most complex and critical cases.
Our campus features:
Adult ER with dedicated triage & waiting areas + 20+ treatment rooms
- Education:
• Graduate of an accredited RN program - Licensure:
• Must obtain/maintain a current RN license (state or compact)
• Must meet all state Board of Nursing requirements - Certifications:
• BLS (AHA) required — or completed within 30 days of hire
