Gateway Regional Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Medical Group's Primary Care team. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive, whole-person care across the lifespan - from health promotion and prevention to diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions - within a collaborative team that values continuity of care and patient trust.
This is a great fit for an NP who wants to build long-term relationships with patients and practice evidence-based primary care with the backing of a supportive interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across all ages
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in line with state regulations and hospital policy
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and the broader care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Illinois RN and APRN licensure
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Willingness to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training within 1 month of hire
