Position OverviewThe purpose of this position is to maintain all equipment and grounds at the facility in an orderly, attractive, and safe condition. The successful candidate is expected to perform essential functions efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Assist with minor construction projects as required.
- Perform assigned maintenance duties.
- Vary schedule to perform work in specialty areas.
- Complete all scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks monthly.
- Perform general maintenance for the entire facility.
- Utilize the work order system (TMS) for work order generation, completion, documentation, and asset records.
- Associates degree or equivalent in an applicable trade, or relevant certification with six years of trade-related experience, or military equivalent training.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Journeyman or Master level knowledge in one of the trades: HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.
- H - HVAC: Knowledge of HVAC systems, ladder diagrams, and components such as evaporators, condensers, compressors, pumps, and cooling towers.
- E - Electrical: Knowledge of AC/DC electrical principles, ladder diagrams, transformers, load centers, MCCs, and lighting systems.
- P - Plumbing: Knowledge of pipe assembly, soldering, brazing, welding, and fittings.

$20.41 - $30.61 per hour, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
