School Bus Driver

As a First Student part‑time school bus driver, you will play a vital role in the community by safely transporting students during before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off. No prior bus driving experience is required as we provide comprehensive training.

• A split shift: early morning before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with free hours in between.
• Guaranteed shift hours per school day; no nights or weekends unless you choose to work.
• Additional hours through trips and charters when available.

• Starting wage $21–$26 per hour, depending on experience.
• Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) bonus: $750 if CLP presented within 7 days of completing the virtual class; $250 if within 14 days.
• Paid CDL training.

• No college degree or high school diploma required; military experience is encouraged.

• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
