A modern family-owned farming business near Grantham is seeking a Farm Accounts Manager. The successful candidate will manage farmplan accounts, payrolls, and assist in various office tasks. Ideal candidates should have experience in bookkeeping and accounting software, especially Farmplan or similar. Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a busy environment are essential. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive and negotiable salary.
