Management Accountant

This Management Accountant role in Grantham will see you preparing management accounts, support in financial reporting and managing day to day financial operations.

Description

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support decision-making.
Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Support year-end audit processes with necessary documentation and reports.
Manage cash flow and oversee expenditure controls.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

Experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
Studying towards CIMA or ACCA.
Able to commute to our client's office in Grantham.
Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and practices.
A recognised accounting qualification or working towards one.
Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £38,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position.
