Our on-hire fleet at Grantham exceeds 200 vehicles and trailers, ranging from under 3.5 tonnes to 150 tonnes GVW, and is available across the UK through our various depots. We invest in the best people and products to provide exceptional customer service and vehicle reliability, evident from our awards, including Commercial Motor's Independent Dealer of the Year 2020 & 2021.

Role Description
  • To aid in contract management, managing the process of account set ups from start to finish and assisting in winning new business
  • To aid with on hire fleet compliance i.e. coordinate 6 weekly inspections, brake tests, tachographs, and MOT’s
  • To aid and assist in yard checks and compliance
  • To liaise and coordinate with our on-site MV & Fruehauf workshops
  • Handle inbound phone calls for a mixture of hire/sales and maintenance enquiries
  • The role involves working closely with the rental and sales team across other depots to ensure a seamless rental process and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and ability to manage customer inquiries effectively
  • Knowledge of vehicle inspections and rental documentation procedures is ideal but training can be provided
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of commercial vehicles is beneficial however training can be provided
  • Proficiency in using rental management software and other relevant tools
  • 30 days holiday per year, including bank holidays
