Our well‑established Grantham‑based client is looking for a confident, articulate Customer Service Advisor to join a small busy team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced role and delivering a first‑class customer service experience.

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records
• Support customer onboarding processes
• Liaise with operations, sales, and finance teams

• Previous customer‑driven skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach
• Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
• Accurate data entry skills
• Confidence working in a busy, fast‑moving environment
