About the role
Right Education are supporting several friendly primary schools in Grantham to find dependable Teaching Assistants who can bring structure, patience and encouragement to the classroom.
You’ll be part of a supportive environment where your contribution matters - and often, long-term or permanent school roles become available after a successful placement through supply.

What you’ll be doing

* Supporting pupils across all primary year groups

* Helping with lesson delivery and small group learning

* Assisting with additional needs and classroom interventions

* Contributing to behaviour strategies and pupil wellbeing

* Providing general classroom support and supervision
What we’re looking for

* Someone who enjoys working with children and school teams

* Confident, adaptable and professional

* Classroom or childcare experience preferred

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Requirements

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

* Two professional references

* Right to work in the UK

* Experience working with children

* Relevant Qualification
