Salary: £17,000 - £19,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Simply Education is working in partnership with a school in the Grantham area to recruit two full-time, permanent Teaching Assistants to start immediately.

These roles involve working across the school to support children with additional needs, including SEN and those requiring targeted academic or pastoral support. You will work closely with class teachers and the SEN team to help pupils access learning, develop independence, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 and small-group basis
Assisting with learning activities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Promoting inclusion, engagement, and positive behaviour
Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
Working collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience supporting children with additional needs (school-based preferred)
Holds a TA Qualification (preferred but not essential)
An Enhanced DBS on the update service
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
