As a Senior Electromechanical Design Engineer you will take a leading role in the design, development, and continuous improvement of engineered products, machinery, and electromechanical equipment across a broad array of projects.

• Designing and developing mechanical and electromechanical systems, products, and equipment.
• Creating detailed 3‑D CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
• Using CAD software to support concept development, detailed design, and product modification activities.
• Working on new product development, bespoke customer projects, and engineering improvement initiatives.
• Applying Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles to deliver practical, manufacturable, and commercially effective solutions.
• Collaborating closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs support practical production requirements.
• Supporting testing, validation, engineering calculations, and technical analysis activities.
• Identifying opportunities for product improvement, engineering efficiency, and continuous technical development.

• Strong experience within electromechanical design engineering.
• Strong 3‑D CAD capability (Solid Works beneficial).
• Understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles.
• Practical engineering design and product development experience.
• Knowledge or exposure to fabrication, mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, controls, and systems integration.
• Strong technical problem‑solving capability.
• Collaborative communication style and proactive engineering approach.
• HNC, HND, Degree qualification, or apprentice‑trained engineering background.
