Finance Assistant – Grantham (Full-Time)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team in Grantham.
This role will focus primarily on accounts payable, with additional support across accounts receivable and month-end reporting. You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, completing reconciliations, managing payment runs, assisting with accruals and prepayments, and supporting weekly and monthly reporting.
The Role:- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Supplier statement and bank reconciliations
- Supporting month-end processes
- Assisting with management reporting
- Providing cover for sales invoicing when required
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
About You:- AAT Level 2 (or equivalent)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a finance role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with accounting software and Excel
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
