Autocraft Solutions Group in Belton, Grantham is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a maternity cover basis (9-12 months). You will manage the HR Assistants and support recruitment, policy updates and employee relations across GB sites.
The role includes overseeing the implementation of a new HR/TA system, data analysis and KPI reporting, with travel to Wellingborough and Birmingham sites as required. The successful candidate will hand over from December and work 37.5 hours weekly.
