Are you graduating this summer and looking to kick‑start your career in data and analytics? We are looking for a motivated Graduate Analyst to join our growing team and help turn data into meaningful insights that drive real business change.
This role is focused on identifying, analysing, and solving business problems through data. The post holder will leverage SQL and Python to extract insights, develop scalable solutions, and drive meaningful, data‑led change across the organisation.
Working closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, the role is responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and delivering end‑to‑end solutions from problem definition and requirements gathering through to development, implementation, and embedding of change.
The role involves proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, using data to diagnose issues, and designing and building solutions that enhance business performance, efficiency, and decision‑making. This includes developing analytical models, automating processes, and establishing robust, repeatable approaches to solving business challenges.
What you’ll do- Analyse data to help solve business problems
- Build reports, dashboards, and visualisations
- Support the creation of data‑driven solutions and process improvements
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences
- A recent graduate (or graduating in 2026) in Computer Science, Software Development, or Data Science
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python (or a strong willingness to learn)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Clear communication and attention to detail
- Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow in an analytics career
