We are a national learning disability charity looking for an Information Systems Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, youll design, build, and optimise systems that turn operational data into meaningful reports communicating directly with stakeholders within the organisation and shaping decisions that improve care across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads to understand their information needs and map out technical solutions.
- Visualise Data: Create engaging reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Systems & Modelling: Build, maintain, and extend databases, analytical spreadsheets, and data models across HR, Finance, and Care operations.
- Process Improvement: Participate in IT projects to streamline data collection and safeguard data architecture/GDPR compliance.
