Trainee Agricultural Parts Advisor – Grantham

As a Trainee Agricultural Parts Advisor you will:

  • Be trained to provide parts advice to customers, maintaining courtesy and good relationships.
  • Handle all enquiries, orders and queries (written, telephone, verbal) quickly and efficiently.
  • Involve in stock control and computer input of parts from a wide range of agricultural brands.
  • Inspect and receive deliveries, maintaining proper condition.
  • Work schedules 8 am‑5:30 pm Monday‑Friday, with rota weekend days and overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Attention to detail, accuracy and data entry.

JCB Engineer – Market Drayton / Bridgnorth / Ross‑On‑Wye

As a JCB Engineer you will:

  • Service, diagnose and repair JCB machines to manufacturer standards.
  • Use assigned diagnostic software and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect and repair equipment, ensuring safety and performance.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Support JCB training and health & safety policies.
  • Complete timesheets and job cards accurately.
  • Coordinate with Service Managers to meet timelines.
  • Work 45 hours a week Monday‑Friday 08:00‑17:30.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Level 3 Land‑Based Engineering or equivalent (HGV, plant, construction).
  • Experience working in a franchised main dealer.
  • Experience with JCB or other agricultural machinery.
  • Passion for keeping farming customers’ machinery running.
  • Good communication and IT skills.
  • Full driving licence.

As an Agricultural Engineer you will:

  • Repair and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, sprayers, combine, telehandlers, etc.) for leading brands.
  • Keep accurate records and diagnose problems to manufacturer specifications.
  • Install and demonstrate machinery as required.
  • Work with service and workshop managers, ensuring tight timelines.
  • Travel to customer sites; must have a full driving licence.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Level 3 Land‑Based Engineering or equivalent (HGV, plant, construction).
  • Strong communication and data entry skills.
  • Experience working with agricultural machinery and willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
  • Problem‑solving skills under pressure.
  • Full driving licence.
