A manufacturing company in Grantham is seeking an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. You will troubleshoot machinery issues, manage spare parts, and educate operators on best practices. A proven track record in maintenance engineering and a Level 3+ Electrical qualification are essential, along with a background in FMCG. This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, including days and nights, with an emphasis on continuous improvement practices.
