A leading tissue manufacturer in Grantham is looking for an operator to efficiently run paper converting machines and maximize product quality. Responsibilities include performing regular quality checks, organizing recyclable materials, and conducting safety checks. Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment, particularly in tissue or paper converting. If you are technically proactive with critical thinking skills, this might be the right opportunity for you.

Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off.
