Our Lincolnshire based Client is recruiting for a Factory Operative to join their busy operations team on a full‑time, permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for developing a career in a progressive global company.

The company is seeking a Factory Operative, based within the Operations team to support with factory tasks. This is a permanent position, based at their Grantham site, offering an excellent opportunity for career progression in a global engineering environment.

• Build a range of products from drawings, including cutting, welding, drilling, assembly work, cable crimping and some wiring.
• Operate production equipment mainly hand tools.
• Keep the workstation clean to avoid hazards.
• Follow the company’s Health & Safety and quality guidelines.
• Collect and deliver materials as required.
• Possess a forklift licence and welding experience (desirable).
• Assist the factory supervisor.

• Previous experience as a production / manufacturing worker would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of how to use production equipment.
• Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (PPE provided).
• Forklift licence (counterbalance) and welding experience would be advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
