CNC Setter Operator — Grantham — Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC Setter Operator with experience of Mazac / Mazatrol or Fanuc to work for a well-established engineering company based in Grantham.

Due to the ongoing success and growth of the company, they are seeking an experienced CNC Setter Operator to work in a long-term stable role with a great work–life balance, and an early finish on Fridays.

• Setting and operating CNC machines, with a strong preference for experience on Mazak machines using Mazatrol controls.
• Producing precision components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out tool changes, offsets, and basic program edits
• Ensuring quality standards are met through self-inspection.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Experience with Mazak / Mazatrol / Fanuc controls (essential or highly desirable)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures within a machine shop
