This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC Programmer Operator with experience of Mazac / Mazatrol or Fanuc to work for a well-established engineering company based in Grantham.

Due to the ongoing success and growth of the company, they are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer Operator to work in a long-term stable role with a great work–life balance, and an early finish on Fridays.

Job role for CNC Programmer Operator:

* Programming, setting and operating CNC machines from engineering drawings

* Working primarily with Fanuc / Mazak machines, preferably using Mazatrol controls

* Editing, proving, and optimising programs to improve efficiency.

* Setting and operating machines as required.

* Producing high-precision components to tight tolerances

* Carrying out self-inspection and ensuring quality standards are met.

* Supporting continuous improvement within the machining department

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision engineering environment

* Strong experience with Mazak / Mazatrol programming (highly desirable)

* Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.

* Good understanding of tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
