Salary starts from £519, £27 007 per year

Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday - 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 alternating

To efficiently operate, maintain, and manage heavy-duty mixing machinery while ensuring seamless workflow in a high‑pressure production environment. The role demands exceptional physical capability, technical problem‑solving skills, and teamwork to meet stringent production targets.

• Machine Operation & Maintenance:
  • Safely assemble, dismantle, operate, and troubleshoot industrial mixing machinery.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and report mechanical issues promptly.
  • Adhere to strict operational protocols and safety guidelines.
• Material Handling:
  • Decant 15kg baskets of raw materials throughout the shift.
  • Manually push tubs weighing 180-200 kg
  • Ensure accurate material measurement and mixing ratios.
• Workflow Management:
  • Maintain consistent output in a fast‑paced environment to meet daily production quotas.
  • Monitor mixing processes, adjusting parameters as needed to ensure product quality.
  • Document batch records and maintain cleanliness in the mixing area.

• Heavy lifting (lifting up to 25kg baskets) and pushing loads of 180-200 kg.
• Standing for 90% of the shift with frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Operating in environments with moderate noise and cold.

• Physical Capability:
  Demonstrated ability to handle heavy manual tasks repetitively.
• Technical Aptitude:
  Experience operating industrial machinery; mechanical assembly skills preferred.
