Macfarlane Packaging in Grantham is seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to lead end-to-end production planning and scheduling at our Grantham site. You will balance demand, capacity and materials to meet OTIF and cost targets while driving continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage a small planning team, coordinate with Sales, Production and Logistics, and ensure on-time delivery of bespoke packaging solutions for diverse sectors across the UK.
