About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Rewind Fitter to join our motor repair team based in Grantham. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work on the rewind and repair of electric motors within a busy, hands-on workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out rewinding of electric motors to a high standard
- Strip, inspect, and rebuild motors as part of the repair process
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs
- Ensure all work is completed in line with quality and safety standards
- Work as part of a team to meet workshop deadlines
- Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Rewind Fitter or in a similar motor repair role
- Sound understanding of electric motor construction and rewinding techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.18 - £13.75
- Full-time, stable position
