As a Chef, you'll join a welcoming and supportive kitchen team, working under an experienced Head Chef. You'll prepare nutritious, crowd‑pleasing meals without the pressure of menu creation or sourcing ingredients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking high‑quality meals
• Managing stock levels and supporting cost control
• Maintaining excellent food safety and allergen standards
• Coaching and supporting junior team members

This role offers a great balance of hours, with limited late nights, frequent Friday or Saturday evenings off (particularly outside peak season), and minimal Christmas working - ideal for developing your career without sacrificing personal time.

• Thrives in a busy kitchen and enjoys being part of a fun, friendly team
• Has experience in catering, ideally in a high‑volume environment
• Shows strong understanding of food hygiene, allergens and dietary needs
• Works well under pressure with excellent organisation and time‑management skills
• Ideally holds a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
