Co-op is looking for Customer Team Members to join our Grantham store. You’ll work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving environment, helping deliver essential services to our community every day.
Depending on the store, you may work in the post office, bakery, or assist with online orders by picking and packing for home delivery. The role includes full paid training, a permanent part-time contract (8–12 hours per week with regular overtime), shifts across mornings, middays and weekends,
