South Kesteven District Council is seeking a Housing Options Officer - Tenancy Specialist to deliver housing, homelessness and tenancy management services. The role involves advising on homeless prevention and working with partner agencies to maximise income and ensure tenancy compliance.
The post holder will lead a team of Homeless Prevention Assistants and ensure the council discharges its duties towards homeless people in a compliant and effective manner.
